Hello, please download and have a look at this user's manual.

http://minisiteframework.com/_Mini_Site_Framework.pdf

This is the user's manual for a new product I have created. I'm putting together my pitch page and whatnot right now, the product is under review at clickbank. So far I've been keeping it kind of quiet, but I'm having a dilemma, so I've decided to just start sharing as much info as I can. I have to learn how to pitch this thing.

This product is not like anything on clickbank, and so far it seems to be confusing the people I show it to. I'm very unhappy about this, of course.

I know I can go down into the scripting or design forums and find people who will understand the product, but that's really beside the point. I need some marketers to understand it, of course, if I'm ever going to get it sold.

This product is targeted at a relatively narrow niche. It's targeted at webmasters, whether they are marketers or not, who are capable site designers, who design and host their own stuff (primarily) or are paid to design/host sites for others. Even more specifically, it's for someone who doesn't want, or enjoy, a WYSIWYG tool.

If you don't use dreamweaver because it slows you down or creates code you don't like to read, we need to talk.

If you are designing landers and you would like to end up with a mini-site instead of a single page (and still do less work) we need to talk.

If you design/build/deploy mini sites , announcement pages, landers, etc... for other people, we really need to talk. I plan to be generous on my commercial licensing terms i.e. unlimited deployment for paying customers with purchase, no direct resale of the product is allowed but you can use it for every one of your customer sites if you want. I will also cross-promote if you wish.

There is a huge aftermarket for this product. Properly templated, people who don't make websites will love the tiny, no database, interactive minisites you can create with this script. Once the product gets rolling, I plan to sell template packs as low-priced addons, some of which I hope to do as JV or cross-promotional products with designers.

I'm going to point out some layout demos. These are not pretty, I know. at best, I'm a mediocre graphical designer. The point, however, is the layout, not my cheesy graphics. Here is what a default installation looks like, after it's been poplulated with some copy:

http://default.minisiteframework.com/

There are no graphics in that design, except for the "sample photos" it's a 100% CSS layout. The next templates will give you an idea of the number of things you can do with this script:

http://template1.minisiteframework.com/ (shows how the drop-ins are used to create decorative borders, serves no other purpose)

http://template2.minisiteframework.com/ (shows the script configured as a "news site" with some urgent bulletins)

http://template3.minisiteframework.com/ (shows the script configured as a faux blog)

http://template4.minisiteframework.com/ (shows the site set up as a "brochure" style mini site)

As you can see the script is about flexibility and saving time for the experienced webmaster/designer. Once the template packs start to roll out, it may become a great sale to newer web masters and beginning designers who just want to upload the site and add their content.

So there you have it, and it's coming to market this week. Please, absolutely, share any feedback you have. If you have questions I'll try and answer them.

If you're just completely boggled by what this is, don't bother to insult me over it please I will try and answer your questions if you care enough to ask.

Help me start with eZine

Hi there,

I'm wondering if Ezine is a good source of traffic ?? I heard that is can bring long term traffic to a website... Is it true ?? Also, should i publish some articles already on my website and redirect them to my website or write article just for Ezine and redirect them to my website ??

I run a gaming discussion forum and am looking for a gaming related domain. Please post an offer here or PM me. Payment will be made through Paypal.

[WTB] 5 Small Logos Fast

I'm looking for 5 logos created quickly.

If you are a logo designer, please point me to an existing thread so that I can see customer comments and your samples. Without an existing thread, I won't be interested.

The logos will all be very similar. The dimensions are 340x76 for all of them so they are quite small. They don't have to be fantastic but they have to look good, and match each sites colour scheme (I'll send you the links). Any format is fine as long as the file size is small. Preference will be given to those that can provide the native file in PNG format. Willing to pay $3-$4 per logo.

Act fast...

Keith

p.s. Please look near the end of the thread before sending me a message. I will write a post if I have already found someone. Thanks.

3 Reasons Why Accountants And CPA's Ought To Outsource Their Late-Paying Receivables To A Debt Collection Agency

3 Reasons Why Accountants And CPA's Ought To Outsource Their Late-Paying Receivables To A Debt Collection Agency   by David P. Montana

CPA's and accounting organizations offer very key and valuable services to all size organizations. Small business owners, as well as major companies and corporations, depend on their skill and expertise. This is very true during tax season.
Nevertheless, while helping their business customers be more profitable, it's very common for CPA's to face cash flow troubles of their own, with past due accounts from some of their delinquent business customers. This is particularly true during the very frantic and busy tax season. As such, by outsourcing to a third party collection agency, an accounting firm can quickly advance their cash flow.
Below are three key points to consider why accountants should turn over their unpaid accounts to a debt collection agency:
The Depreciation Of Capital Over Time
As a CPA, you're very aware that past due, uncollected money from services already rendered decline in value as more time passes.
Outsourcing these delinquent accounts to debt collection agencies is a smart and inexpensive business decision. Not only are they experts in the recovery of past due capital, collection agencies have the resources, equipment, staffing, and they can do it on an economy of scale that simply can't be done internally in your business.
Any time spent on activities outside of your primary competencies, is income-robbing for you.
Grow Your Profit Margin Without Acquiring New Customers
As previously stated, you know how costly it is to attract new customers. Its common knowledge that spending for advertising and marketing is necessary for organizations to acquire new customers. Nevertheless, many companies tend to see advertising as the only means to gain new customers and grow already narrow profit margins.
Often overlooked is the tremendous value lying dormant in your uncollected past due debt. It should also be mentioned that when taking in account your past due debt, you'd have to almost double your new business volume just to break even.
Turning delinquent accounts over to a debt collection agency is far less expensive, and yields predictable, positive results. Monies recouped here will produce greater net profit to your accounting firm. Capital spent on marketing/advertising, while ignoring your past due receivables, is not spending intelligent money.
A Great Value-Added Service For Your Business Clients
Businesses are always looking for ways to cut costs and save money. As their accountant, you have the ability to educate your customers and show them additional ways to save, increase cash flow, thereby improving their financial bottom line.
By impressing upon them the need to quickly turn over non-performing delinquent accounts after their internal efforts have proven unsuccessful, you can show them the cost savings in lost opportunity dollars, the depreciation of past due receivables over time, as well as the savings from the additional staffing, resources and time needed to continue to pursue bad debt internally.
You can also show your customers the increase in your own cash flow and operating efficiency.Showing your business customers how to further save capital and increase their business bottom line will put you in even better standing with them. It also makes you stand out from others in a very competitive market who similar accounting services.
