Blogger is Down!

Did anyone notice that blogger/blogspot is down?
It's a lame that it's down for such long time. We all know that when talking about blogger, folks would say it's 99,99% up. Well.. today it's down for long time...
(still down at the time I'm writing this thread)
I saw some people asking in the Google support group, but no resolution so far...Anyone knows what's happening to blogger?
Here's the error msg at blogger when you browse to the homepage
