Paypal scammed my $172.58

Hi Members,
Am decided to close the paypal account on Oct 1, But in my account am have $172.58... I have not bank account so am send the money to my friend and am closed the account.. But after Seven hours am received a Mail that the payment was reversed, So am shocked and again register with the same E-mail account and Same name and Also with Same address....
But am not received till Oct-2, So am call PayPal Customer Care.. they have checked my account for 20 min and said your amount will reach within 7 business days.. but am not received till Oct-10, So am again called PayPal, They said we opened a service for you.. With in 24 - 48 hrs your payment will received, So am believe them but am not yet received till Oct 14.. So am again called but what they are saying now is that we didn't see any transaction on Oct -1 ,So we wont send the $172.58..
It FUCKS........ PayPal SCAMMED MY $172.58......
Don't USE PayPal guys... It Scammed you....
