Why is it that some affilaites require you to fill out a W8-BEN form to be paid whereelse others don't. Is it regualr procedure for this to be done. And what are the risk of filling out a W8-BEN form?



Also what are some good incentive CPA networks that do not require you to fill out a W8-BEN form I find it too troublesome and too much of a liability.



Another question is I wanted to sign up for a few affilaite networks such as CPA Lead but if you want to market their offers in different ways will they still accept you?
