This is what keeps on happening when I try to play a video o YouTube or any other video sharing website.

Until and unless the whole video is not loaded the players don't allow me to start the videos.



Same thing happens in all the browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE8.



Do I need to uninstall Adobe Flash Player and install it again or is it happening because of something else?
