How to convert a mailing list into a column (excel?)

I have a mailing list in no particular format (from vBulletin forum), when I generate it, I just see:
html4strict Code:
etc.
Now I came to import them into Aweber, but it won't let me just copy and paste the emails over, they need to be one per line, like
email@email.com
email@email.com
email@email.com
email@email.com
How can I convert them into a column? I can't go over the list and just press enter after each address, there are thousands. any ideas?
