Hosting: Any windows server will be fine, no database required.



Traffic: Site is very new, i developed it in ASP, it doesnt need any database at backend, it saves the ip address of the user who creates the short url, incase you need to report.



Where the ip address is saved without database ??? yes this question may come in your mind.



So the procedure is, user enters the long url, he clicks submit. a new directory along with new default file under new directory is created and the long url along with ip address is saved there.



Even if you have little knowledge of web development, you wil understand what i am trying to say.



Domain Name: i can't give my control panel so you will have to transfer this domain name to somewhere else.



Hosting: You can use any windows server hosting, and site is so simple so large space is also not required.

You will get complete script, along with domain name and i will guide you to install it on your new host.



Payment: I can't accept paypal, so other payment method can be discussed, i dont think its a big prob.
