Problems with images and links

Hey everyone I have a problem with my google ad. For some strange reason it shows up as an empty skyscraper and when I place my mouse over it, it displays the link from the image above it. I can't figure it out for the life of me. Im using Microsoft Frontpage for my editor. This is the code and thanks in advance!
